| For the safety and protection
of our hockey players, we require that the following equipment be worn
by all players while on the rink or in the bench area: |

HECC certified hockey helmet (with attached chin strap)

Hockey gloves (with palms intact)

Shin
guards with knee protection

Elbow pads

Hockey jersey (must be numbered)

skates (preferably hockey skates)

*Mouthguards are recommended
for all players. |
*Facial protection (cage,
shield, or visor) is strongly recommended for all adult players. |

Inline skates with
brakes are not allowed in the adult hockey leagues.

Quad-type roller skates are not allowed in youth or adult
hockey leagues.

The sleeves of the hockey jersey
must extend at least to the point of the elbow.

Exposed shin guards and elbow
pads are not allowed. Shin guards must be covered with pants or hockey
socks.

Elbow pads must be covered at least to the point of the elbow by
the hockey jersey. All skate brakes must be removed or covered with
white tape.

Jewelry and/or objects embeded in piercings (studs, rings, etc.) may
constitute a safety risk during play. At any time, the referees may
require that the offending object be removed or covered to the referee's
satisfaction.
